What payment methods do you offer?

    Our software products are sold via RegSoft.com Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, USA (www.regsoft.com). The 'Buy Now' buttons will lead you to a product specific order form on their server.

    Regsoft.com accepts credit cards, checks, phone, fax and mail orders. Click here for more information on payment options.

    Also Regsoft.com accepts purchase orders which will produce an on-line and email invoice. Click here to read more.

     

    Our hardware products are sold via PayPal (www.paypal.com). The 'Click here to buy' buttons with the PayPal logo will lead you to a product specific order form on their server.

    With PayPal you can pay for purchases in your selected currency: U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Yen. Payments are automatically converted to your desired currency. Click here to learn more.


Can I order by Purchase Order and pay later?

Regsoft.com provides you with a way to purchase by Purchase Order and receive an invoice to submit to your Financial department. Buying by P.O. follows the procedure outlined below:

  1. Fill out the order form, including your company's Purchase Order number if applicable.
  2. RegSoft will accept your order and provide you with a link to a formal invoice, along with payment instructions.  This will be provided on-screen as well as by email.  Please print the invoice and submit it to your company's Accounts Payable for payment.
  3. When RegSoft.com receives payment, we will send the registration details by email.  Please be sure to include the email address of either your Accounts Payable department or the end user to ensure delivery.
Note: A $3.00 handling fee will be added to your invoice. This is to cover processing of payments received by mail. This can be avoided by completing the purchase with a credit card.

We are unable to deliver the product based solely on the Purchase Order due to the nature of our business and the fact that, in most cases, nothing physical is delivered.


Products purchased through PayPal do not have a Purchase Order option.


Is shopping with Solid-Tools.com safe?

Shopping with Solid-Tools.com is 100% safe - you never have to worry about credit card safety when you are shopping at our site. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them (see guarantee details below).

What about VAT?

    Software purchased via RegSoft
    Customers from the European Union have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax). Other names for VAT are TVA, IVA, MOMS, BTW and MwSt. Most businesses can claim the paid VAT back from their local tax authorities. Ask your tax advisor for details. If you're VAT registered, our reseller SWREG (England) will refund you the VAT.

    This only applies to customers from the European Union. If you do not live in the European Union, you can ignore the VAT issue.

    Products purchased via PayPal
    VAT (BTW) only applies to customers in The Netherlands or customers in the EU when they fail to provide a valid VAT number.


I ordered a product. Where's my unlock code or download link?

    It is in the 'Thanks for your payment' message you received from Regsoft.com when your payment was processed. If you deleted the message, click here.

    IMPORTANT: If you use a service like SpamArrest make sure that you accept emails from "registrations@regsoft.com".


I never get a reply from you!

    We answer all email message within 24 hours. If you don't receive a reply from us within 24 hours, your email server is probably blocking emails from our account or our email address is not in the white-list of your anti spam software program.

    Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers' inboxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the e-mail that you want to receive.

    To make sure that our emails and support e-mails are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please add Regsoft.com and Solid-Tools.com to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:

    Hotmail: Place the domain axandra.com in your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

    AOL: Place the domain axandra.com in your address book.

    Yahoo! Mail: If one of our e-zines is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

    Other providers: If one of your emails is being filtered, try adding our domain solid-tools.com to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.

    If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from solid-tools.com. Follow their instructions for whitelisting solid-tools.com.

    We're very sorry for the inconvenience, but these circumstances are beyond our control. All we can do is work together with the ISPs to shut out the spammers.
