still have problems or questions regarding your purchased software,
send us an email and the Solid-Tools staff will assist you with your
problem.
You will
always get a reply to your email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
We do not
provide Solid Edge support. If you have problems with Solid Edge,
contact your local sales representative (VAR).
We also do
not provide support for the free software and the free Solid Edge
recources, like textures and models, we provide on this website.
We don't
offer support by phone. We understand that many people are more
comfortable with phone support, but it's a simple resource problem -
we're a quite small operation and telephone technical support is
simply too staff- and time-intensive to be practical. We apologize
if this causes any inconvenience.
